About Us

We are a family-owned and operated business with the desire to preserve the Resort’s rich history and its patrons’ fond memories.   Built during the Prohibition, the Resort had become the cornerstone of the community and for years was known as the place to buy groceries, blocks of ice and bait, socialize, polka dance, drink and eat good food.  We underwent a major renovation of the Resort in the fall of 2009 and reopened in the spring of 2010.  We  designed the bar and restaurant for patrons to overlook beautiful Pike Lake.  a 220 acre lake stocked with crappies, bass, northern, walleye, perch, and pan fish. 

The Resort includes a full restaurant, 2 bars, 4 cabins, and 3 docks.

Just 15 minutes  east of Wausau there are many sites to see in the area.  Whether you swim, fish, hike, down hill ski or snowboard at Granite Peak, cross country ski,  snowmobile, or enjoy art and music there is fun for everyone!
